Hi there, I'm Lana! I was born and raised in California, spent a good amount of my adult life in New Mexico, and am a first-generation American to immigrant parents. I am inspired and influenced by disruptors in every sector, people with a passion for their lives and work, social justice, and laughter. I enjoy strengthening evidence-based clinical practices with radical empathy and a touch of humor, delivered with safety, equality, and inclusion in mind to help individuals optimize results.
