My areas of interest are working with individuals and families affected by anxiety, depression, blended homes, ADHD and transitions. I work with individuals and families of all ages. Through working together as a team we will help develop the tools that can create change in a person or families life. Each person has unique strengths to build on and together we will identify those strengths and build on those.
