As a trauma-informed therapist, I create a supportive space where you can explore your story, your challenges, and your strengths. I work with children, adults, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, cultural transitions, and relationship challenges. I also have training in sex therapy and support clients exploring intimacy, identity, family dynamics, or healing from painful experiences. As a first-generation immigrant, I bring empathy and cultural sensitivity to my work, with a strong passion for supporting immigrants and marginalized communities.
