I specialize in working through deep-rooted trauma, women’s issues, grief, anxiety, depression, and the everyday chaos that comes with just being a human. Whether you’re navigating teen stress, midlife meltdowns, or just trying to keep it together without screaming into the void—I’ve got you. My therapy room is a judgment-free zone where we laugh, cry, heal, and maybe even scream (therapeutically, of course).
