Slay mama! You found my profile! I value creating a space where we will explore who the villain of your story is, whether it be feeling overwhelmed, isolated, or something else. While I enjoy working with everyone, as a queer therapist, I specialize in working with queer/trans teens & adults. I appreciate creating a comfortable & geeky space where you can show up as yourself. Sometimes that looks like discussing your OCs and other times it means watching real housewives and how your partner can be just like Meredith Marks. Starting therapy can be scary, so we'll remove the pressure by connecting in what feels comfortable like gamifying chores and analyzing TV. I will help you be more in touch with your emotions and share them with others. Together we'll fill your mental toolbox with techniques for stopping unhelpful habits, understand where they came from and build routine.
