I empower clients who experience symptoms of ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, Life transitions, Grief/Loss or a desire for clarity related to Career Advancement. I utilize multiple therapy modalities such as CBT, SFBT, and psychodynamic theory to assist clients in gaining self-awareness, empowerment and strategic skills. I have specific experience in behavior modification, professional development coaching, and grief processing. I am both person-centered and solution focused. I approach our time together in therapy through utilizing supportive listening to understand the specific challenge.
