My ultimate objective is to provide my clients with the tools to gain greater self-awareness and empower them to transform their life. My background includes working with children (ages 10+), adolescents, young adults, and families. If you and/or your child have experienced trauma or adversity, we can work together to find new ways to manage stress, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, grief, behavioral concerns, or difficulties in relationships.
