I have been a Counselor and Psychotherapist, Inpatient and Outpatient, for almost 20 years. I work with people who are having difficulties with Anxiety, Depression, Mood Disorders, Trauma, and many other disruptions to their personal lives. I think that anyone can heal if they intend to, and I know many ways to help them do that. Giving Therapy is my passion. If you come and see me, I will ask you many questions. A Client once said to me, "I don't know the answers to any of the questions you are asking me." I said, "Let's see... I am asking you questions about your own personal life and experience, and you don't know the answers. I think that we have work to do.
