I work with adults and couples navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem concerns, relationship challenges, grief, and major life transitions. I welcome clients from diverse identities and relationship structures, including LGBTQIA+ individuals and those in non-traditional partnerships. My approach is affirming and down-to-earth, focused on helping clients build confidence, deepen self-understanding, and create relationships that feel authentic and fulfilling.
