As an Integration Coach and Grief Counselor, I help clients let go of expectations that hold them hostage. Emotions need not become baggage we struggle to compartmentalize. How we view emotion is key to transforming our global perspective, to intentionally live a more harmonious inner and outer life. Take a moment to reorganize judgements or just allow them to be as they are- before falling prey to reactionary thinking, to engage in more positive communication.
