Hello, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Wyoming and Colorado. I see the therapeutic relationship as a collaborative brave space to move through held experiences and obstacles from the past that hinder the present. I specialize in working with clients to relieve symptoms from complex and simple trauma, anxiety, depression, issues related to relationships, transitions, grief and loss. I draw from Internal Family Systems therapy, EMDR, Trauma Specific Trauma Informed Yoga, Mindfulness, Meditation, Nature Therapy, Narrative and Dialectical Behavior therapy to help clients increase their overall quality of life.
