My name is LaNiesa Norris CA LPCC. My focus areas are treating adolescents and adults who struggle with depression, anxiety, high stress, child/parent conflict, and/or conduct problems. As your therapist, my approach is to develop a collaborative therapeutic relationship to assist you in meeting your goals. I will assist you in identifying the goals/areas you would like to improve and setting concrete action steps to meet those goals with the use of techniques included in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focus models.
