I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Alabama. I believe that all things are possible and in order for recovery to occur, we must be willing to be honest with ourselves about our struggles. I recognize that overwhelming feelings of guilt, fear, and shame can take over our lives and make it hard to express to others. My therapeutic approach is multi-faceted and based on the needs and challenges that each individual faces. I primarily practice Cognitive Behavioral, Psycho-Education, Person-Centered, Solution Focused, Motivational Interviewing, and Reality-Based Therapy.
