As an experienced psychotherapist, I believe in integrating various therapeutic approaches that will allow a person to restructure their thoughts and behaviors through practical cognitive principles. My therapeutic approach is based upon the “whole person concept”, considering the importance of individual, cultural, family, and communal variables within the lives of clients seeking therapy. Therapy is not a "one-size-fits-all" journey, and it can be a challenge to overcome the societal stigmas associated with seeking mental health treatment.
