My desire is to help individuals, couples and families build close, healthy relationships. I practice from an attachment-based orientation to help clients explore trauma, and patterns that create distance in their relationships, and shift into making deeper connections. I work with teens, adults, couples, and families struggling with a variety of issues that prevent them from living healthy, connected lives. I received my MA in Counseling from MidAmerica Nazarene University with an emphasis in marriage, couples, and family counseling.
