In my practice, I work with children, teens, and young adults experiencing a wide range of issues including anxiety, emotional and behavioral regulation difficulties, mood disorders, and various life stressors such as changes, adjustments, and loss. I enjoy working closely with parents of young children who are valuable collaborators in fostering growth. For parents of children who may be hesitant to begin therapy or to support a child's progress in therapy, I provide parent support, often guided by the SPACE model of treatment, a parent centered approach to create change and encourage progress.
