Hi, I’m Lara! I’m passionate about supporting adults and couples as they navigate anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I strive to create a therapy space that feels empathetic, collaborative, and supportive where you will feel seen, understood, and respected exactly as you are. My path to becoming a therapist was shaped by both personal growth and professional experience. Through my own therapy journey, I developed a deep appreciation for how early relationships, life experiences, and relational patterns influence the way we show up in our lives and partnerships.
