I have been in practice for over 20 years, working with children, teens, adults, and parents. With compassion and warmth, I focus on providing a safe and supportive environment where my clients feel known and understood. I help them develop the tools, strategies, and self-awareness to navigate life's inevitable stresses and challenges. I have particular expertise in treating anxiety, depression, and ADHD, and have worked extensively with children and adolescents on the Autism Spectrum. I help young children communicate how they are feeling and partner with parents to support them. I integrate evidence-based and traditional therapeutic approaches in my work, including psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, play therapy, and strength-based techniques. I am trained in the parent-based SPACE treatment program to support children with anxiety and received a post-graduate certificate from Boston University's Cognitive Behavioral Program.
