By deepening our relationships with Self, we can gain better perspective on our choices — how we got to this moment, as well as how to move forward. Through a therapeutic, strength-based partnership in a welcoming, supportive, and judgment-free environment, we will explore your potential and move toward a place of authenticity and contentment. I specialize in adults and adolescents who struggle with trauma, anxiety, depression, shame, eating disorders, body-image, parenting, marital problems and attachment issues.
