I am a licensed psychotherapist providing psychotherapy for adult individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, and life transitions. I offer both time-limited and open-ended therapy. I work collaboratively with clients using cognitive behavioral therapy and belief re-patterning. I believe that personal transformation is about getting out of one's own way to create a life you want to live and be the person you want to be.
