I work primarily with women, teens, and college-aged young adults navigating anxiety, depression, OCD, and life transitions. Many of my clients are experiencing significant changes such as starting college, becoming a new parent, relocating, or going through relationship shifts. While much of my work centers on supporting women, I welcome and have experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds and identities, including members of the LGBTQ+ community.
