My name is Lara Guida, LMSW (she/her/hers). I offer telehealth/virtual sessions for Wellness Psychotherapy Services. In my practice, I provide a safe, compassionate, non-judgmental space for clients to unpack and understand what they are experiencing, and empower them to discover their strengths and recognize the tools they have that will help them achieve their potential.
