While in full-time private practice as a Psychotherapist & Addictions Specialist for 25 years I engage in direct care to help individuals & families work through trauma and obstacles. Using a mindset of patience and understanding I help people learn to relax & cope with their worries, struggles & increase resilience resulting in personal growth.
