Life can feel like it’s moving too fast, leaving little time to process emotions, heal from old wounds, or consider what truly matters. I support adults who are overwhelmed, stuck in cycles, or disconnected from themselves. Individual therapy is an opportunity to slow down, realign with your values, and create lasting change. In addition, I offer couples counseling, where I help partners in creating safety, restoring connection & reimagining your relationship. I come to counseling with over 20 years in trauma-informed recovery. My goal is to provide a safe, inclusive space where you feel seen, understood, and empowered.
