Hi, I’m Laricka - I find joy in meeting my clients where they are in their life, with their emotions, thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I believe that therapy is a marathon and not a race, in which it is alright to be patient with your process and the goals you are trying to meet. Therapy is a safe place in which you can express how you are feeling and gain a better understanding of self, and learn to cope with different things. I enjoy assisting clients with managing/decreasing their anxiety and depression.
