Whatever you’re struggling with- whether it’s difficult memories or emotions, numbness, stress, shame, or anxiety- I want you to know that you can get to the other side of it. I'm here to lend a listening ear and to guide you when the path is unclear. My therapeutic approach is person-centered. My goal is to deliver effective therapy in a way that’s relational and attuned to your needs. I use treatment modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, exposure and response prevention (ERP), and art therapy.
