I am a trauma-informed therapist who believes in working with a client lead approach to making changes in their lives that are right for them. I work with clients in an outpatient setting using DBT, CBT, & Brainspotting techniques. I believe in a direct approach and adapting therapy around the client's wants/needs vs other way around.
