Wherever you are on your personal journey of healing and self-exploration, I'm excited to meet you where you're at. Taking those first steps toward seeking help and pursuing growth can be intimidating, so I do my best to bring warmth and authenticity to the therapeutic relationship. My goal is to create a collaborative, open, and affirming environment in which a strong client-therapist relationship can flourish. I pull from a variety of theories and treatments but try to always remain grounded in an empowering, person-centered, and feminist approach. I enjoy bringing practical solutions to a creative and humanistic space.
