My name is Larissa McCain, LMFT, PMH-C. I believe therapy is a collaborative experience between client and therapist, allowing a safe space to exhale the negative and create room to make positive changes. While working with clients from a variety of backgrounds, I specialize in topics and goals related to perinatal/maternal mental health, parenthood, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Supportive and Client Centered Therapy.
