Handspring is a modern mental health clinic that provides personalized, evidence-based behavioral care for children, adolescents, and young adults. I work with children and adolescents facing anxiety, depression, and emotional challenges. They may struggle with confidence, friendships, or stress. I build trust and provide a supportive space to develop coping skills and resilience. My goal is to help them feel empowered at home, in school, and in relationships, creating lasting growth and positive change.
