Hello! I'm a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) based in California. I received my Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Johns Hopkins University. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, depression, and anxiety. My experience includes providing therapy, training, facilitating support groups, and providing case management services in various community mental health and public school settings. My practice is rooted in creating a safe, compassionate, and neurodiversity-affirming space where clients can explore their emotions, build resilience. For children and adolescents, I usually begin by meeting briefly with the child and their parent(s) or caregiver(s) to review the reason for seeking support, discuss important background information, and address any questions or concerns you may have.
