Welcome and thank you for visiting my page. It can be a daunting process connecting with a counselor you're comfortable with; however, I'll strive to be that person for you. Combined, I have over 34 years of experience in the military and in private practice working with ages 9+ for a variety of experiences that cause anxiety, trauma, and negative beliefs often resulting in self-sabotaging behaviors. I focus on personal development by helping you develop the skills needed to deal with the inevitable struggles we all face in our lives. Using a variety of techniques, we'll change these negative beliefs with the goal of you realizing your own worth and helping you live a healthy, happy life. Together, we'll work on strategies that help you make the changes needed to eliminate the behaviors and beliefs keeping you from living the life you desire and deserve.
