I work with couples who feel stuck and need support talking about things that feel to hard, emotional, or overwhelming to handle on their own. Many of the couples I see care deeply about each other but feel caught in painful patterns that leave them feeling misunderstood, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward. My goal is to help you move out of survival mode and into a relationship that feels more secure, peaceful, & emotionally connected. While my specialty is couples therapy, I also work with Individuals especially those navigating relationship truama,anxiety, or self-abondonment. I can support your journey too.
