I enjoy working collaboratively with individuals, executives, teams, and organizations, helping them to get unstuck. Going beyond reactivity and trying to avoid another crisis or struggle, I help individuals relieve symptoms, understand the nature and sources of the presenting difficulty, anchor to their values and purpose, restore balance, and develop new skills that lead to more effective living and relating. I see therapy as an opportunity for individuals to explore different outcomes and I see my role as a guide, coming along side to resource, encourage and challenge.
