I work with those who have had enough with addiction running their lives and realize it is time to make a change. It is my belief that you must learn how to live a sober lifestyle in order to address the deeply embedded issues that lie underneath any addiction. Once you've attained sobriety, we can then look at the roots of addiction that often lay in depression or anxiety that drugs, alcohol, and other habits have helped us avoid. Working together, we can heal the underlying issues that cause us to turn towards addiction and learn how to live happy, joyous, and free.
