I’m a licensed Social Worker with over 20 years of clinical experience, dedicated to helping you better understand yourself and create meaningful change in your life. Drawing from Psychodynamic and Supportive Psychotherapy, I work collaboratively with you to explore patterns, ease inner conflicts, and support your growth toward what matters most to you. I enjoy getting to know the people I work with and helping you find the clarity you need to reach your goals and build a more fulfilling life.
