I am a licensed clinical psychologist. My approach to therapy is adaptable and largely dependent on the client's needs. I believe strongly in the mind-body connection and I enjoy discovering unique approaches to mindfulness that are best suited to each individual client. In my practice, I use a variety of approaches based on applied behavior analysis and cognitive behavior therapy. I frequently employ techniques from REBT, somatic psychology, and non-western modalities. I am passionate about DBT and ACT and I strive to help clients develop the skills they are seeking to help them live their best lives.
