I work with adults and couples who are ready to address challenges such as trauma, conflict, communication issues, and discernment/relationship ending. I has over 15 years of experience working with military, veterans, and first responders and also specializes in treating mood and anxiety disorders, PTSD, major life transitions, and relational/familial concerns. I tailor therapy to meet the unique needs of each client, using a blend of approaches including CBT, Internal Family Systems, and the Gottman Method.
