I have over 15 years of experience in various treatment settings with individuals of all ages. I am currently working with individuals who have a desire to change an aspect of their life that has just become too much. Given how difficult change can be, I engage with individuals in a supportive & empowering manner recognizing that there maybe times where challenges assist with healing and growth.
