Life can be challenging and well... messy. Pretending everything is fine is becoming exhausting. Old wounds and day to day stress are colliding. Let's sort it out together. I work with clients drowning in overwhelm and dealing with low motivation, burnout, and the effects of life. To manage the mess we'll create a space for you and all your parts (messy hair and all) to show up. My goal is to walk with you while we recognize long standing patterns and their impacts on your physical, mental, and emotional day to day life. We'll create strategies and process life's ups and downs while developing workable goals to deal.
