As a therapist, I am here to create a safe space where you can openly express yourself and provide the therapeutic support you need. I specialize in working with individuals navigating life transitions, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I view therapy as a journey, one that you will not have to travel alone. If you decide to start therapy with me, we will start wherever you are most comfortable. The first few sessions are for you to get to know me and for me to get to know you, no pressure. Then we discuss where to go from there.
