Life can be hard sometimes, from dealing with trauma, anxiety, panic attacks, grief and loss, depression, infertility and pregnancy loss, to figuring out how to navigate life after a pandemic. We've all been through a lot and can use a little bit of help in managing life. If you've found yourself at any of these crossroads, then you've come to the right place. I come with a wealth of knowledge with over 15 years of experience working in the public and private sector of mental health. I’m a strong advocate for therapy and mental health and I believe everyone should be given the tools to help cope with life stressors.
