Regardless of the challenge, I am here to let you know that there is hope! I utilize diverse types of therapy (e.g., CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused, Strengths Based, EMDR and more) and interventions to meet the unique treatment needs of my clients. I also provide a customized, individual, treatment plan. Additionally, I provide a neutral, safe space, where individuals experience being seen, heard and understood.
