My passion is helping you make sense of these relationships, especially the one you have with yourself, and feel confident in your ability to strengthen them over time. My clients often feel overwhelmed with emotions, challenges, and relationships. Our therapy space is meant to be the place where you can take a deep breath, gather energy, and focus on ways to heal. I enjoy collaborative work in which you have a say in whether you need to concentrate on emotions, find coping skills, or think of solutions.
