It's truly wonderful to have you here! Looking for help takes courage, especially when it feels uncertain or overwhelming. I work with adults who are carrying heavy stories—whether from childhood abuse or neglect, painful relationships, or traumatic events that still echo in the present. Many of my clients are in major life transitions such as grief, divorce, or identity shifts. I am deeply committed to supporting the LGBTQ+ community and creating a space where all identities are affirmed and respected. I bring warmth, openness, and directness into the room, where nothing is too “much” and every part of you is welcome.
