My target population are clients that know the value of their emotional stability and well-being and are looking to improve those things. My focus is working with couples that are struggling with relationship issues (mostly communication challenges and role identification). I also have experience working with adults with anxiety and depression and adolescents diagnosed with ADHD, DMDD and ODD. I enjoy helping couples improve their communication, identify the strengths in their relationship and build on them.
