I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with 12 years of experience as both a therapist and case manager, dedicated to supporting adults and seniors in managing depression, anxiety, stress-related conditions, chronic pain, self-esteem issues, and other life challenges. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Xavier University of Louisiana and my Master of Science in Professional Counseling from Georgia State University.
