I am passionate about helping individuals emerge stronger and more resilient after navigating life's challenges. With years of experience, I specialize in treating trauma, life transitions, relational issues, depression, and anxiety using a holistic approach that integrates various therapeutic modalities. My focus is on Somatic Experiencing, leveraging the body's wisdom for emotional healing. I adopt a "bottom-up, top-down" therapy approach, addressing physiological (nervous system regulation) and psychological healing. Utilizing the mind-body connection, we create lasting change. I integrate other modalities such as EMDR, DBT, and CBT for tailored care.
