I specialize in helping teens and adults navigate challenges like depression, anxiety, anger, relationship struggles, oppositional behavior and self-esteem issues. In addition, I offer coaching for women going through difficult life transitions, empowering them to reconnect with their inner strength and enhance their self-worth and motivation.
