I am a licensed master social worker with experience in crisis intervention, domestic violence, anger management and facilitating services for families who experienced grief and trauma. I have counseling experience with adults and children both individual & groups. I utilize evidence based interventions, meeting participants where they are, introducing mindfulness, meditation and various expressions through arts & crafts. Additionally, I help the participant develop skills that reverse adversarial thoughts to productive thoughts which ultimately changes behavior and increase emotional intelligence.
